INTERNET to send the packets and to load ads.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE to determine if packets can be send and if an ad should be loaded.
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE to check if WiFi is enabled.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE to keep the sending service running in the background until it receives a response.
WAKE_LOCK to keep the device from going into standby while sending.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE to load images as icons. This is asked at runtime.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED to restart the schedule after a reboot.
CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE to request android to connect to network.

The app saves your settings locally.
I do not have access to the information saved in the app.
To delete them uninstall the app and turn off Googles backups.
Depending on your device/account settings Google might collect statistical data about the app.
They give me access to some of their statistics through the Google Play Console.
They include things like your country, language or android version, and app crashes but nothing personal.
All for the purpose of improving the apps stability and user experience.
